The binder always arrives damaged, corrugated, or scratched.

We used to order our clients' LLC corporate kits with CorpUSA. The quality of the kit is good, however every time we receive it, the binder arrives damaged, corrugated, or scratched.
I think you should be more careful and protect the binder with bubble wrap or something like that.
This is the last time we will order from this company.
Unfortunately, we cannot upload a picture of the last binder we received (April 2026) to show you how we receive it.

Been ordering from Corp usa for years. When asked for discount for 17 binder kits-no. When advised corp usa that they had wrong delivery address for me-no help. When binders delivered on front step in rain-no help
