I love your estate planner binders and my clients love them too. But . . .

I love your estate planner binders and my clients love them too But your shipping options are too expensive and many of my clients opt not to get a binder just to save money.

The new ring closure is cheap and not as durable

The new ring closure is cheap and not as durable. It’s different than the double-lock system from before. It is hard to flip the pages or click the binder open and closed once there are some documents in the folder. Im going to stop using this company, because the quality has been seriously compromised and I’ve noticed a steady decline in quality lately. Im a long-time customer and am highly disappointed

We receive several broken binders with each shipment

We receive several broken binders with each shipment. It is frustrating to have to go through the process of returning and waiting for new ones.
